I primarily train in-person clients at my high-quality private gym in Hollywood, CA (1-on-1 & small groups). The facility is pictured below and has it all! I offer a FREE consultation/first workout so you can get an idea of what it's like training with me before any commitments.

 

I also offer heavily engaged online 1-on-1 training via app. This is the next next best thing if you can't train with me in person. I'll be with you every step of the way!

 

 In addition, I will create custom self-service workout plans for you upon request.

Muscle Builder 

Program

I personally went from skinny to muscular. This program combines all of the best workouts I've learned over the years that took my body to the next level. if you want to gain muscle mass, strength and definition, I guarantee I can help! 

First Timer Program

First time ever getting into fitness? Struggled in life with staying consistent? I know fitness journeys can be intimidating, but this program will help build your confidence to be able to walk into a gym and feel comfortable!

Booty Builder Program

It is no secret that many people want a nice butt. Genetics play a factor, but there is a lot you can do to grow what you got. From workouts to diet, I got the plan! 

In-Person Youth Basketball Training

I've had a basketball in my hand since I was 2 years old and almost played at the semi-pro level. I've been coaching/training youth of all different skill levels since high school and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to help young hoopers take their game to the next level!

My Story

Jereth Kirkland

I was born in New Jersey, raised in Florida. I've been a multi-sport athlete since childhood, focusing on basketball from high school on. Despite my smaller stature at 5'10 and 120 lbs, I aimed higher than the D3 opportunities I was offered. I choose to attend FIU on an academic scholarship with hopes of joining a D1 team. My initial college years were disappointing in that regard, prompting me to reevaluate my path. Living in Miami ignited my fitness journey; initially driven by aesthetics, but ultimately evolving into a dedication to strength and health.

For over a decade, I transformed my physique, gaining over 80 pounds of muscle through disciplined training and nutrition. Along this journey, I had gains, setbacks, and even health scares, which all inspired my determination and perspective. The numerous inquiries I received over the years about fitness and nutrition invigorated my passion for helping others, leading me to pursue certification as an ISSA trainer. I have extensive experience in personal training and coaching youth basketball.

Why No Limit Dojo?

No Limit Dojo is exactly as the name implies. This is a training ground to show you that there is no limit to what you can do to improve your fitness and nutrition every day. This is a safe space for all. Whether you don't like what you see in the mirror, have an injury or disability, no gym to go to, no weights available... let me show you what you can do. All you need is the willpower.
